Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Merchant Whisperer Privacy Choices. Effective date: October 23, 2026

Merchant Whisperer is a trade name of Living Out US, LLC. This page explains your choices about advertising cookies and the "sharing" of personal information.

What "sharing" means

When you visit our website, advertising cookies, pixels, and tags from platforms such as Meta and Google may collect identifiers (such as your IP address, cookie IDs, and device and advertising IDs) and internet activity (such as pages viewed, clicks, form submissions, and the referring page). We use this to measure our ads and show you our ads on other sites and platforms. California law calls this "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and some laws also treat it as a "sale." We do not sell personal information for money, and we never share your processing statements, reports, or payment information with advertising platforms.

How to opt out

• Email us: send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We will stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You do not need an account to opt out.
• Cookie settings: reject advertising cookies in our cookie banner, or block or delete cookies in your browser. A browser-based opt-out applies only to that browser, so clearing cookies may reset it.
• Platform settings: you can also use the ad settings offered by Meta and Google.

Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser, and our advertising cookies, pixels, and tags are turned off for it.
